LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public’s assistance on an investigation and to find two people wanted for felonies. They are clockwise from upper left:

On Saturday, June 18, 2016 at approximately 6:57 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 900 block of West Holmes Road in reference to a robbery complaint. A witness advised that the accused approached a teller and asked if he could do a transaction. The tellers approved the accused receipt and the money drawer opened. Witness saw the accused reach inside and grabbed the money with both of his hands. Accused forcibly pulled the money away from the teller while cursing her and then ran out of the store. Felonies:
Richard Roosevelt Suttles has a felony warrant for obstructing justice out of Lansing. Suttles is a black male, 40, 5’10” and weighs 195 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Scott Michael Winnie has a felony warrant for obstructing justice out of Lansing. Winnie is a white male, 39, 6’4″ and weighs 160 pounds. He has blond hair and hazel eyes.
