LANSING, MI (WLNS) – Crime Stoppers of mid-Michigan is asking for the public’s help to find three people wanted for felonies. The three are wanted by the city of Lansing. They are (left to right):
Toby William Allen has a felony warrant for embezzlement out of Lansing. Allen is a white man, 38, 5’11” and weighs 220 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
Robert Waltiga Baker has a felony warrant for obstructing justice out of Lansing. Baker is a black man, 47, 5’10” and weighs 270 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
William Joseph Casey has a felony warrant for forgery out of Lansing. Casey is a white man, 56, 5’11” and weighs 172 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
